The NIMBUS MIRAI shoe, a step towards a truly zero-waste running shoe, features an engineered knit upper that comfortably wraps the foot while improving breathability. At least 75% of the shoe's main upper material is made with recycled content, reducing waste and carbon emissions.

The upper and sole can be separated after applying heat, thanks to a new glue material, as part of a take-back program in partnership with TerraCycle. This construction allows the shoes to be repurposed, further supporting a sustainable approach.

The shoe's upper is made with a single type of polyester, contributing to its circularity. The FF BLAST PLUS ECO cushioning is engineered with 24% bio-based content, designed to provide lightweight and energetic cushioning properties.
